Margot Krimmel, an accomplished harpist and vocalist, will play live while you indulge in Yin Yoga poses offering a soundscape for introspection and grace. Leaving plenty of space for you to enjoy the music, Caitlin Rose Kenney will guide you into nourishing Yin Yoga shapes. Yin Yoga is a replenishing practice that focuses on passive postures and mindfulness. Yin poses re-pattern fascia, improve the health of ligaments, tendons and bones, bring balance to your nervous system and improve flexibility, tissue resilience and chi flow in your body.
